Why
Real Estate May be the Best Investment You’ll Ever
Make
Investing in land does not require huge amounts of money.
You can buy with a small down payment, and small monthly
payments.
There are advantages to being a property owner, and one
of these is; there is little risk in investing. If you buy
real estate wisely, you can have a secure, stable investment
compared to the stock market. Population growth, land development,
simple financing, and the demand for real estate have created
opportunities in purchasing land.
Another advantage is property value appreciation, which
is an increase in value of the property over time and includes
the growth in value of your original capital investment.
The national average has been approximately 10% per year
(National Association of Realtors). Some geographic areas
or locations will perform below the average.
On the other hand, a well-chosen property in a developing
community could achieve higher than the average return.
If the real estate cycle is going up in a high demand area,
the appreciation could go up as much as 25% to 50% in one
year.
A third advantage is equity growth. Equity is commonly
referred to as the amount of value in the property that
the person owns, free and clear of any money owing. It is
the amount of equity that a lender will lend further money
on and place a mortgage on as security.
Investing in land does not take special skills. We have
already done most of the work for you; so you can feel secure
with your investment.
